¿How will I receive my tickets?

Digital tickets are automatically sent to the email address registered during checkout once the transaction has been confirmed.

For some events, tickets may be released only a few days before the event date, depending on the organizer’s policies and to help prevent ticket duplication or fraud.

I can’t find my tickets in my email.

We recommend:

  • Checking your spam, promotions, or junk mail folders.
  • Searching for emails sent from our official domain.
  • Verifying that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact support and include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number
¿How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?

Most payments are confirmed in real time.

However, some banks or payment methods may take a few additional minutes to validate the transaction.

My card was declined.

Transactions may be declined due to: Insufficient funds Restrictions from the issuing bank Security validations Temporary bank issues We recommend trying again or using a different payment method.

¿Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are issued once tickets have been generated, except in the case of an official event cancellation. If an event is officially canceled, the refund process will be communicated via email and official channels.

¿What happens if the event date changes?

Your tickets will remain valid for the new date announced by the organizer.

¿How are tickets validated?

Each ticket includes a unique QR code and digital validation measures. Duplicate, altered, or unauthorized resale tickets may be denied entry at the venue.
